Easiest Peanut Butter Fudge

Reviewed on Dec. 31, 2008 by Sara W
I meant to change some of the ingredient amounts as others have suggested, but I forget about doing that. I cut the boiling down to one and a half minutes, because it became frothy. I thought, "Oh no! Here's a failure", but the next step went well, and when it came to the sugar, I used my mixer after folding them into each other. It was like a bunch if peddles before hand as someone mentioned, but the mixer did it well. When it was time to smooth it out in a pan, it had cooled quite a bit, so it was a struggle to do. Next time I guess I'll just work faster. It taste amazing! Thanks

Restaurant-Style Hashbrown Casserole

Reviewed on Dec. 12, 2008 by Mrs. Chapman
I have made this several times and it is always a crowd pleaser - especially the men and kids. I've found that any "cream of" soup works well, except cream of celery. I also like to cook it halfway, give it a stir, and add the cornflakes and butter topping suggested by other reviewers. Wonderful! If this accompanies burgers or other grilled foods, I use season salt, if it's a more traditional/comfort meal, I'll use regular salt.

Fresh Broccoli Salad

I was sad I had to share this with others! So good. I used a tablespoon of minced onion instead of the red.
