Scrumptious Salisbury Steak in Mushroom Gravy

I had misfortune with the crackers so I used oatmeal. It was a chance but it turned out so good. I added 3 tbs of oatmeal instead of crackers but kept the rest the same. My husband and kids loves this recipe and wants it again tomorrow night. Thank you so much for this recipe I would add more stars if it was possible.

Ground Beef Stroganoff

I am adding what I did only b/c I do not want to forget. I did not have all the ingredients so I used spagetti noodles and I tripled the recipe and I did not have bouillon so I added a packet of onion soup mix. I also added worcestshire sauce and salt and pepper made this meal complete. Thank you for this recipe it was very good.
