Roast Pork with Onion Stuffing

I love this recipe. I cooked it in a pan on the grill ~ it was delicious. The only change I made was I used Chicken Stock in place of the water.

Butternut Squash Soup

I have an abundance of butternut squash in the garden and this is an excellent way to use it. I took the advice of others and used Chicken stock instead of water. I also baked the squash in the oven first. I used some fresh nutmeg during cooking and instead of bullion I used Goya chicken (salt content is less) The soup was gone in no time. Excellent
