 I have always listened to classical music when I cook. My sister made an apron for Christmas one year that showed a music bar and she made the music notes into spoons, knifes and spatulas. She entitled it "The Classical Cook" and I've been called that every since.

Potato Salmon Patties

My husband must have liked these- he didn't douse them with ketchup or hot sauce. That says alot! I'll make these again, for sure.
