Cinnamon Pie

This was good ... not the greatest pie in the world, but it gets kudos for simplicity and for the gact that this is a good pie to throw together at the last minute to make something special. I love cinnamon, and this is a great way to feature it.

This was fine, but nothing to write home about. I'm with Babskitchen - needs something to kick it up a bit. It was fine ... but bland. Add SOMETHING.

Pork Tetrazzini

Never made pork into tetrazzini before ... huge hit for these leftovers! Family enjoyed, even husband, who says he is "not big on casseroles."
