Aussie Chicken

Great recipe. All my kids ate it up with gusto. I omitted the mushrooms (personal taste combined with not having any). Served with a nice salad, rice and broccoli.

Onion Rice

Nice Change of pace. I would suggest only using half of an onion though. I ended up adding another 1/2 cup of rice to it and it was still a little TOO onion-y.

Tortilla Rollups II

Reviewed on Dec. 27, 2008 by Rebecca Paxton
These were outstanding. I added some Bacon because I had so left over from the broccoli cheese casserole I was making and I added some diced black olives and a nit of taco seasoning. This made a nice lunch time appetizer while we were waiting for the Christmas turkey to finish. My father in law (Mr. meat lover) said more bacon and they would be even better, but the rest of us really enjoyed them as is. Fast and easy when you're short on time. They did only make 6 10 inch tortilla's so plan accordingly.
