Flatlander Chili

Reviewed on Nov. 6, 2008 by Kitchen Crazed
Great recipe!! I just tried it last night and switched out the tomato juice for diced tomatoes based on other reviews. I also sauteed the onion and added two cloves of minced garlic to the pan. The result was fantastic. I'm not typically one for measuring ingredients and it didn't matter. In the end, I added more cayenne for our own tastes. Topped off the bowls with some shredded cheese and served with tortilla chips - yum!! Easy and I will make this again.

Rolled Buttercream Fondant

Reviewed on Oct. 27, 2008 by EMMA37
This is the first time I have worked with fondant. It worked fine but the thing I did not like was the taste. I would not cover a whole cake with it. I am not sure if all fondant tastes this way.....
