 I am a mother of 2 boys, 11 and 14. They both LOVE to eat, but are picky eaters! They tend to like the easy stuff, burgers, pizza etc., which kinda stinks for me, because I LOVE to try new recipes. When I find one that EVERYONE likes, it's a definite keeper. I am always on the hunt for those great recipes. Hence, the reason I love this site so much!! My husband is the type that will eat ANYTHING, and he's skinny....UGH!!! Lucky for me, I get to try a lot of things out on him.

Chicken Salad Puffs

I gave this 5 stars even tho I COULDN'T make the puffs..it was a disaster! I've never tried to make them before so I'm sure it was my inexperience that did it. I still made the chicken salad part, and it was SO GOOD! I used the crushed pineapple, walnuts(instead of pecans, too expensive!)and celery. I omitted the onions and the relish and added some pineapple tid bits chopped a little more for some bigger chunks. I ended up using store bought dinner rolls (potato and hawaiian) to put them on and just made mini chicken salad sandwiches. Thanks for the recipe!!

Mini Crescent Dogs

Holy cow were these ever good! So simple and FUN to put together! They disappeared quickly at my little get together. I had also made mini chicken salad sandwiches (on dinner rolls), pineapple cream cheese/ham pin wheels (with flour tortillas), and artichoke cheesy square (bundles). All were a hit, but out of all of those, THESE are what everyone liked the best. I served them with Honey Mustard Sauce off of this site (see my reviews for recipe. Also very easy and good). Will DEFINITELY make again! Thanks!

Honey Mustard Sauce

O my goodness, all the times I bought store bought only to be disappointed by the taste and THIS was here!! It's soooo EASY and tastes SOOOOO good!!! I served this with mini crescent dogs from this site and everyone loved it!!! My step-son, who is a honey mustard connoisseur, kept dipping his finger in it..lol. It makes quite a bit, so you could even half this recipe. THANKS SO MUCH! :)
