Good Old Fashioned Pancakes

Good recipe. Added some pecans. I may cut down on the soda a little next time. And I'm not sure if it's just my stove, but mine cooked best a notch or 2 below medium.

Awesome! Loved it. Did increase the cream cheese to a full 8 oz block. The topping was wonderful, too!
