Jalapeno Popper Spread

One word...Wonderful. Easy, inexpensive and taste out of the world. I would just like others and add a pinch of garlic salt and the bread crumbs next time.

Grandmother's Buttermilk Cornbread

Reviewed on Sep. 22, 2008 by Cristy
As a southerner, I have to say that this falls short of good cornbread... but as a cornbread cake it's not too bad. We actually make a similar recipe at work and add blueberries to it. It sells well this way, but we've had some people complain about our labeling the plain version "cornbread." In the south cornbread is never sweet but rather dense and moist with a deep corn flavor. We use only white cornmeal and never add sugar.

Gourmet Pretzel Rods

Reviewed on Sep. 7, 2008 by Kathy H.
I made these at Christmas time and gave away to neighbors and friends with homemade cookies. The favorite was the one with chocolate and rolled in crushed butterfinger candy. Just freeze the candy and beat up in a plastic bag. I recommend laying down either wax paper or plastic because of the drips and mess. but oh so easy and oh so good
