I am giving this 5 stars because I know it would be awesome if all the slices could be cut evenly and thin. I had a few that I was able to get real thin and they were great. The thicker ones were edible, but not great. I may have to go buy a slicing board!
I did have to play with the time, but again, it may have been because of the varying thickness. I did have the same issue with the chips sticking to the plate as others, but I was able to carefully pry them from the plate using the tip of a sharp knife with minimal breakage of the chip.
