Pesto Chicken Florentine

OK...I know some reviewers said that it was us and not the recipe, but I just didn't love this recipe. I'm not sure exactly what it was that didn't work for me, but just not a keeper. Maybe with more seasoning or diced tomatoes, but something was just a little off.

Slow Cooker Chicken and Dumplings

This wasn't bad, but a little doughy. Needs more sauce (most reviewers upped the soup, so that's probably the fix). My daughter loved it and ate all the leftovers.

Brown Sugar Meatloaf

Absolutely the best, but per other reviewers, glaze went on top. My husband is not a fan of meatloaf and went back for additional helpings. This is a winner.
