Cranberry Chutney III

Reviewed on Nov. 30, 2008 by mommys3
This recipie is fabulous. My kids loved it!!! I used less sugar about 1 1/2 cups I could not believe how good it is I used pineapple rum instead of orange liqueour. Soooo good! this is the perfect recipe to begin. It is something that I can easily add to or change as needed. Thanks.

Caramelized Brussels Sprouts with Pistachios

Reviewed on Nov. 25, 2008 by LPK
Excellent recipe. I too subbed Balsamic for Red Wine--because that's all I had on hand--and I love Balsamic. I was going to leave out the pistachios because I was having trouble finding them; however, I finally found some overpriced ones, bought them anyway--and was glad that I did--gave it a great bit of extra texture. One of my guests said he didn't like brussel sprouts, but thought these were great; I lost count of how many helpings he had. This is an excellent holiday side dish. Thanks

Pumpkin Bars III

Reviewed on Nov. 19, 2008 by Addie
Great recipe! I get rave reviews on this every time I serve it! I use a jelly roll pan to bake this, so the pumpkin bars do turn out like bars and not a cake.
