Parmesan Chicken I

Reviewed on Nov. 24, 2008 by mythumpa
I've always thought there are 2 kinds of cooks, those who use cream soups (and canned broth and boullion cubes) and those who don't. I decided to give this one a chance to prove me wrong, but it wasn't even close. The canned soup made it gluey, and overpowered everything else.

Cranberry-Jalapeno Relish

Reviewed on Nov. 16, 2008 by SCDEBBIET
People have called me after my parties to request this recipe. It is definitely for the bold, the turkey-cranberry-bored! Spicy, alive, and WOW!! So, so good after Thanksgiving with the turkey, some spinach and a little mayo in a WRAP!! I make this sauce to do turkey wraps all year... try it and let the bold among your guests beg you for this recipe!

Double Layer Pumpkin Cheesecake

Reviewed on Nov. 15, 2008 by mythumpa
I wanted something quick that used a purchased graham crust; I made it pretty much by the recipe. My mom and husband loved this and it was gone the next day. I would have preferred the pumkpin to be mixed instead of layered, but we enjoyed it.
