About me:
Well, I'm a southern girl that loves to cook. I own a produce market so fresh vegetables and fruit are always great to cook with. Specially the local produce. I'm glad I'm in this buisness, there are not to many produce stands/markets anymore. We sell hot boiled green peanuts too. We sell christmas trees, pumpkins, tropical plants, firewood, pinestraw and fireworks too. It's a cozy place to visit with a fire burning in the cold months. If ever you come to Charleston, SC, stop by for a visit for a real southern treat!!

I found this recipe to extreamly sweet, and not at all what I was looking for.

Italian Baked Cannelloni

Reviewed on Aug. 15, 2008 by Liz
I really enjoyed this recipe and found it to be easier to prepare than expected. I made a few changes: I only used about a tablespoon of olive oil in the beginning, I added garlic with the onions, I drained off the fat before adding the wine and I only added 8 ounces of mozzarella. For those of you that found their cheese sauce to be too runny, it was because you didn't allow the sauce to thicken up. It's best to bring the butter/flour/milk mixture to a boil over medium heat. This process should take about 15-20 minutes to make a really thick sauce. I ended up using Yellow Tail Pinot Grigio and just a jar of spaghetti sauce. It turned out great!

Restaurant Style Chicken Nachos

Reviewed on Aug. 14, 2008 by TIFFANYMC
I followed the recipe to a "t"! Hubby and I ate it for dinner. It was wonderful and easy. I think we will be adding to our list of normal dinners. IT is also easy on the pocket book. I just roasted a whole chicken the night before. I had all the ingredients already. The rest only took a little bit of time to just through together. Thanks!
