Easy Baked Tilapia

Reviewed on Aug. 12, 2008 by olgunny
Great recipe! Easy prep and tasty. Even without the lemon. I just used garlic and lemon flavored Old Bay. Also used Adobo seasoning for a little extra flavor. Easy to use many different variations of this recipe....and I will!

Six Can Chicken Tortilla Soup

We add a packet of taco seasoning and a can of red beans to this as well and it makes it pop even more. Can also add a jar of chipotle salsa to make it even better.

Mildred's Sour Cream Pound Cake

Reviewed on Mar. 28, 2008 by Stacey
This was my first ever effort at making a pound cake but turned out great and was delicious. It was actually a pretty easy recipe to make, but a stand mixer would have been a great thing to have handy. I also put a lemon glaze over it and it really made the flavor come out even more.
