Hot Artichoke and Spinach Dip II

Reviewed on Dec. 3, 2008 by PastaQueen
Awesome!!! Better than your fave restaurant can make it! This was a huge hit at Thanksgiving. There was none left and everyone wanted the recipe. I am making it again tonight. Just plain awesome. The only thing I had to do different was omit the Romano cheese because I never have that around. I just added more parmesan and then I added monterey jack on top of the dip instead of mozzerella cheese. OUT OF THIS WORLD GOOD.

Used whole milk, and sucanat in place of white sugar along with rest of recipe igredients. Mixed in blender for a couple of minutes and came out sweet and frothy!

Lentil Soup

Reviewed on Nov. 15, 2008 by Rob
Excellent soup Marie! I used chicken stock instead of water and only 7 cups, not 8 as I like my soup with a little less broth. I also used a lot more spinach than called for. Once in the bowl I added a sprinkle of Parm and a teaspoon more vinegar. Add some french bread and you have a delicious and healthy meal here.
