Garlic Cheese Logs

Reviewed on Nov. 27, 2008 by Barbara Kane
This is a quick and easy way to please just about everyone! I did add the nuts in the log itself and then rolled the log in the nuts too. My daughter made this for a class Thanksgiving party and said it was gone in no time.

Lucky New Year's Black-eyed Pea Stew

Reviewed on Nov. 10, 2008 by KRISTON SCOTT
I made this stew according to the recipe. The only changes I made was using canned black-eyed peas, rather than frozen ones.

Shrimp Creole IV

Reviewed on Oct. 19, 2008 by KRISTON SCOTT
This is a very tasty recipe, although a little too spicy for me. I only made two changes to the recipe. I used a 14.5 oz can of chopped tomatoes, rather than fresh tomatoes, and used vegetable shortening rather than bacon grease.
