Spinach Dip with Water Chestnuts

Reviewed on Nov. 29, 2008 by Angela D.
I Love this recipe. I did't have Mayonnaise this time so I used Miracle Whip, and I definitley don't reccomend it. I'm going to try to salvage it and make ham pinwheels in the morning with it I will let you know how that turns out. UPDATE: I ended up adding an additional cup of sour cream and about 2 more oz. of spinach, and it turned out great. Everyone said that they loved it.

Authentic Louisiana Red Beans and Rice

Reviewed on Nov. 10, 2008 by HoboBeaver
We loved this recipe! My husband isn't a big rice eater, but the flavor was so good that he didn't seem to notice the rice. The only thing I had to do differently was use polska kielbasa, but it was just right for us. Thanks for a keeper!

Reviewed on Oct. 13, 2008 by gemini
These are fantastic! I made these for some friends and when they left, there were only two bars left. My husband quickly devoured them!
