Easy Pumpkin Muffins

Wow, these things are addicting and so much easier if you cheat and use a spice cake mix like previous reviewers suggested! I was going to make these with the spices indicated, but I only had one - and they were too expensive to purchase them, so Spice Cake mix was used and these are amazingly delish! DON'T put ANY eggs or oil or anything else in these - they are *supposed* to be very dense. You can even make these as cookies if you so desired. I have my friend and her husband addicted to these, just like me!

Creamy Italian Dressing I

Cathy, I use this dressing a LOT because I can never find a creamy Italian dressing that I like. I think it's perfect the way it is (being Italian), especially if you follow the directions. My mother used to make it this way and I just never watched her close enough. Thanks for sharing! PS--those I haved served it to for dinners absolutely love it!
