Army SOS Creamed Ground Beef

Reviewed on Nov. 21, 2008 by Debbie G.
Wow! My dad was a chef in the Army and this is almost exactly his recipe. I love how this turned out; creamy, flavorful, and great over buttered toast, served with a fried egg on top and a side of fried potatoes. Good thing we only have if once in a while.

Steak and Spinach Salad

Reviewed on Nov. 19, 2008 by loves2cook
Such a wonderful salad! I found the perfect dressing for this....Newman's Own Light Cranberry & Walnut. It is sweet, savory, tart, crunchy...just a GREAT salad! The only thing I did differently is add red onion. Loved it.
