Homesteader Cornbread

Amazingly moist cornbread! I thought that maybe I undercooked it at first because it was so moist but it was thoroughly cooked and thoroughly delicious! The only change I will make next time is to soak the cornbread in buttermilk and add a little more salt. Otherwise, perfect recipe!

Beef Barley Vegetable Soup

Not my favorite recipe. My husband really liked it but since I'm the cook in the house, I decide what goes on the table! (Not really, I just thought that sounded good. I'll probably have to make it for him again soon)

Sweet and Sour Sauce I

Im not sure why the good review. Im sorry but this was horrible. Maybe adding pineapple juice in place of water and less vinegar? Sadly, I wont be making this again
