Delmonico Potatoes

We liked these potatoes. I only had 8oz sour cream and quite a bit less cheese than the recipe called for. I'm glad that I left that extra cheese out. I don't think these potatoes need it. Next time I will add more onion too. Great starter recipe!

Sage Pork Chops

O.M.G. I made these EXACTLY as written. The best pork chops that I've ever had. I'm not a huge pork fan but I've been forced to find new recipes because my husband bought about 40 lbs of pork. I will make these over and over again.

Marinated Flank Steak

This was ok for me. I liked it alot but I didn't stand up and clap about it. It's definitely NOT fajita meat but it could be good in a wrap of some sort.

Sue's Taco Salad

Flatlander Chili

I LOVE this recipe. I made it for dinner tonight and the only thing that I did different was to use course ground chili meat and wow it really is the perfect pot of chili. Thanks George! This is a definite keeper.

Pork Medallions with Dijon Sauce

My family did not like this pork dish at all. The sauce had a "pasty" taste that I just did not care for. The mustard flavor was overwhelming with no other flavors to balance it out.

Chicken Lo Mein

Peanut Butter Cocoa No-Bake Cookies

Toasted Pumpkin Seeds

Stuffed Flounder

Amazing! I added mushrooms to the stuffing mix which really helped and my grocer had a deal on shrimp so I used that instead of crab. Over all this recipe is wonderful. I didn't know how to prepare the flounder to be stuffed so I wish the recipe had explained that, but once I found out it was pretty simple and went over well as an anniversary dinner for my husband.
