Chicken Tinga Tostados

This is one of my favorite recipes from this site. My husband also loves this in burritos. We Like the spice level but you you unsure about it you can also remove the seeds by cutting each pepper open and scraping them out.

Chocolate Bread Pudding with Bourbon Pecan Sauce

I like another reviewer added more chips on the top for an even more chocolately flavor. I have also made it with cinnamon raisin bread. Pretty tasty also.

Chocolate Caramel Brownies

Reviewed on Nov. 27, 2008 by Christina
Took these to work and they soon disappeared. They're soft, chewy and wonderfully sweet (ie, not too much, not too little). Will definitely try again and try different variations. This time I left off the nuts, just because the boyfriend doesn't like them. But honestly, they weren't really missed!
