About me:
I started cooking when I was 10. My first attempt at baking was a huge success and difficult! It was Baked Alaska and not a single drop of ice cream melted! I've been having fun ever since!

Turkey Pot Pie

Reviewed on Dec. 1, 2008 by TIFFANY LENNING
Made four days after Thanksgiving to use up all that leftover turkey. Probably the best pot pie I've ever had - I'm not a big pot pie person. Will keep for next year. Thanks for sharing!

The only change I made was omiting the liver and it was FABULOUS! Even my husband who doesn't like stufing is a fan. This one is going to be a staple on the Thanksgiving table.

Chicken Cashew Salad

Reviewed on Nov. 28, 2008 by TIFFANY LENNING
Because I don't like chunks of chicken, I always use my food chopper to finely chop the chicken and the chicken is like an accessory to the salad - it's really good and I've received a lot of rave reviews for the salad. Thanks for sharing!
