Beef Enchiladas II

these are really easy and really good. i don't care for the powder enchilada sauce, so i used the canned red sauce for half and canned green sauce for the other half. so good w/ sour cream and tortilla chips : )

Chicken Fried Chicken

this was really good, i really liked how the breading stayed on the chicken and how cruchy it was. next time i will add some more spices for a little extra flavor
