Easiest Peanut Butter Fudge

Reviewed: Dec. 5, 2008
Yum! I used 2 C brown sugar, 1 C peanut butter and 3 C confectioner's sugar. Next time, I will also cut the fudge before I cool it.

Sausage Stuffed Jalapenos

Reviewed: Dec. 5, 2008
This recipe is SO GOOD! I used Hot Italian Sausage with Parmesan Cheese. I took it to a Bronco party and the jalapenos were gone before the game even started. We didn't think there was a need for the ranch dressing.

Beef Taco Skillet

Reviewed: Dec. 5, 2008
This was really great... very easy too! I didn't have any flour tortillas so I used 3 cups of elbow macaroni, measured before cooking. It worked well, with a little leftover. I made the recipe for 10 since there were guys over to play guitars and jam a little with my boyfriend. It made ALOT but they devoured it and had 3 bowls each which left just enough for one bowl for myself and a little leftover for lunch. I added chopped onion, chopped garlic, cayenne, and a no salt organic seasoning which I picked up at Costco some time back and this really turned out tasty!

Perfection! Displayed beautifully! Tasted wonderful! Recipe requested and was a hit. -- Used the corn syrup instead of egg.

Creamy Au Gratin Potatoes

Reviewed: Dec. 4, 2008
This was perfect! Not too cheesy, just right! I only had one potato and was cooking just for me and my daughter so I rescaled the measurements and it was the perfect amount. I also boiled the potatoes and sauteed the onion in olive oil ahead of time because of time constraints. Thanks for the recipe!

Chipotle Crusted Pork Tenderloin

Reviewed: Dec. 4, 2008
Holy cow this was spicy!!! And I love spicy, but this was too much. Maybe I had too much rub for my size of tenderloin. I am giving it 5 stars because the flavor was amazing. I can't wait to try it again and lessen the spice. Thanks so much!

Maple Salmon

I've made this recipe several times for the family and it's come out FLAWLESS everytime. I've even tried it with trout with equally great results. My kids repeatedly request this dish. Thanks for the great recipe!

Award Winning Chili

Reviewed: Dec. 4, 2008
My kids now have a new favorite chili! The unique flavor that the bacon and steak sauce provides is excellent. Also adding a bit of cayenne or "hot" chili mix gives it a bit more spunk. Great recipe thank you!

Perfect Turkey

Reviewed: Dec. 4, 2008
This was an incredible bird!! I did exactly as the recipe called for and it was delicious. I've always bbq'd/smoked or fried our Thanksgiving turkeys but decided to roast this year due to Colorado weather not cooperating. Brining the bird in 2 cups kosher salt and using a non-reactive stock pot worked the best. Thanks for a great recipe that will definitely be used for years to come!

Crustless Cranberry Pie

Reviewed: Dec. 4, 2008
My family and I thought this was outstanding! It was a wonderful way to use up cranberries I'd had in the freezer. Perfect blend of sweet and just a little tart and not dry at all. Of course this is not a pie, it's a coffee cake. I really want to try this with blueberries next time.
