About me:
 My husband and I are both good cooks. We love to cook simply because we have a big family and make alot of dishes like cheese enchiladas and spaghetti. My husband makes a mean green chili and I can take a cake mix and make a fabulous cake. When the kids were younger, we have 5, I was always volunteered by someone at their school to make homemade cupcakes for school events. No one ever bothered to buy the store bought cupcakes. I enjoy my family and I work full time for an ENT doctor. He has a busy practice so I have to cook quick and easy meals for the family. My husband Avery & I like to cook on Sundays. We cook for the whole week!

This Apple Enchilada Dessert is wonderful! So wonderful, I want to make a suggestion to our neighborhood Mexican Restuarant to start making and put on their menu.

Delicious Easy Chicken Francese
