Zucchini Bread IV

Easy Batter Fruit Cobbler

This was incredible and was so easy to make. The batter was so quick to prepare and wasn't too sweet. I used about a quart of home canned peaches (drained) and sprinkled a bit of cinnamon on top before baking. Very good!

Potato Casserole

I used a cream of celery soup and I omitted the butter drizzled on the corn flakes and I didn't grease the pan. It didn't stick and was a little less greasy than other recipes that I have tried. Great recipe.
