Spicy Baked Sweet Potato Fries

I just used EVOO and some cinnomin salt when finished and its awesome! Now I just need to adjust temperatures so I get more CRISPY fries. Im not too happy with the lack of crisp but LOVE the flavour so it gets 5 stars for just having the recipe on here for sweet potato fries!! :)

Crabmeat and Corn Soup

I thought this was really great! I used Fat free milk instead and it came out really good. My husband really liked it. I will be sure to use this one again, and maybe add some potatoes.

Easy Chocolate Cake

OK.. Ive made this again and obviously did something horribly wrong last time! This cake is great BUT how do you make the icing?? I've been stirring endlessly for too long and gave up on it... I have a soupy liquid in the saucepan. Nothing thickened to a paste in any way. Does anyone have any tips of what I can do to save it?? I cut my cake expecting to have frosting for it so not having icing sorta ruins the good cake! :(
