OK.. Ive made this again and obviously did something horribly wrong last time! This cake is great BUT how do you make the icing?? I've been stirring endlessly for too long and gave up on it... I have a soupy liquid in the saucepan. Nothing thickened to a paste in any way. Does anyone have any tips of what I can do to save it?? I cut my cake expecting to have frosting for it so not having icing sorta ruins the good cake! :(
