About me:
Spoiled from my dad's gourmet cooking, I'm learning how to cook for myself on a college budget. Because of my schedule, I like to cook a complete meal at least once every weekend. There is so much to cooking, that I feel I will never learn to cook as well as my dad.

This was seriously yummy. Very moist and I liked the texture. Only used half the choc chips, and sprinled the top with walnuts and pecans.

Easy Pasta Fagioli

This was just okay. It was too much like tomato soup. I added another can of chicken broth and more spices and it was pretty good. Thanks anyway!

Kentucky Hot Brown

Reviewed on Oct. 28, 2008 by chefsazy
Wow. If I could give this 20 stars I would! I had tons of leftover lunch meat from our Halloween party. I used up all of the turkey and substituted the bacon this recipe calls for with a small piece of honey ham. AWESOME! Everyone loved it and fought for the leftovers! thanks so much for the recipe!!
