I have been working in the food industry since I was in the eighth grade. My first job was in a restaurant as the dishwasher and bus-girl. I loved it and new I would be around food for the rest of my life. I worked at a bakery all through college and then attended the Culinary Institute of America in the Napa Valley after graduation. I graduated from the CIA in late 2003 and have been a Pastry Chef ever since.

Grilled Chicken Kabobs

Excellent marinade! We all loved it, I followed the recipe very closely adding a bit more garlic, it was a keeper! I used bell pepper, mushrooms, red onion squares, and cherry tomatoes in the marinade as well as on the kabobs and it was GREAT! I also did a separate shrimp skewers with another recipe from this site, we all agreed next time to use this recipes marinade on the shrimps next time!

Grilled Marinated Shrimp

This was way too salty, I also made the grilled chicken kabob recipe from this site and found that marinade to be far superior and would use it for the shrimp and veggies next time i do kabobs, the family also agreed the chicken recipe was a keeper!
