Indian-Style Butter Chicken (Murgh Makhani)

It was pretty good, but not what I thought it was going to be! I was looking for the butter chicken taste from my favorite Indian restaurant. This isn't it, but it IS good.

Fresh Ginger Cookies

I'm eating one right now. Mmmmm. I love the use of fresh ginger. They're soft and chewy; not bakery-cakey. Very yummy. I need to go get another one!

Serious Herb Cheese Spread

Eat this only if you love very bold flavors! I do, and I really liked it. I made it for an appetizer on an ordinary night, but this could just as easily be a star on a Christmas buffet table.
