Gourmet Chicken Sandwich

Reviewed on Dec. 2, 2008 by MRSKWRIGHT
This is an excellent base recipe (hence the 4 stars) for what could be an absolutely wonderful sandwich. I prepared the chicken and the sauce on this one as stated in the recipe, used foccacia rolls split in half, spread on the sauce, added cream cheese whipped with garlic, minced red peppers and green onions for awesome flavor, once the sandwiches were assemble, I basted both sides with garlic butter and grilled in a panini press. These were the best! Thank you so much for sharing your recipe which can be used in a multitude of ways to make fabulous gourmet sandwiches.

Easy Decadent Truffles

Reviewed on Nov. 30, 2008 by Goldilocks19
I'm actually wanting to rate this recipe 4 1/2. This was an easy to follow recipe, we added coconut to half the truffle mixture. We rolled the chocolate half in cocoa powder, and the coconut half in chopped almonds. The reason I did not give it a 5, and I can't believe I'm saying this (I'm a chocoholic), but it was a bit too chocolatey. We tried dipping a few, but preferred the truffles coated with the cocoa and coconut. We're trying mint flavoring and raspberry with a hazelnut inside next.

Slow-Cooked Round Steak

Reviewed on Nov. 30, 2008 by MRSKWRIGHT
While this was very easy to prepare, I thought it had an off flavor to it and I'm thinking it might be the thyme which I don't usually cook with. I'll try this one again w/o the thyme.
