Chicken and Rice

My husband and I really weren't all that impressed with this recipe. I think the chicken needs some seasoning on it...maybe sprinkling the onion soup mix over it would help? We added shredded cheddar cheese to the dish which improved the taste. I had some extra bacon and put some of that over a serving on one plate.

Banana Bread - Quick Bread for Machines

Great recipe for the bread machine. It was a bit tricky baking it though since our bread machine doesn't have a timer. We used the "Cake" setting and just watched the time it took to bake.

Triple Berry Crisp

My husband made this for Thanksgiving dessert. It was a hit with everyone. He only had blackberries and raspberries available, so I guess you could have called it the Double Berry Crisp. Still very yummy!
