Wonderful! This recipe is exactly what I was looking for, so easy to make, tastes delicious, very rich and doesn't use expensive cream!

I really enjoyed the texture and flavor of this glaze when it was warm, and I drizzled it on top of the cake; however, after a day or two, it just wasn't as good. I probably won't use it again unless I keep it separate to warm before adding it to the cake.

Not that this needed another rating.. but it was super yummy and super easy in the microwave, I used almond extract instead of vanilla and used it on teh Too Chocolate Chocolate Cake on this site.. it was wonderful! Thanks! Oh.. if you dont want it to get so hard.. add another tablespoon of butter.. wonderful!

Excellent glaze!! Easy to make and easy to use looks great and tastes wonderful too. As suggested by others, made it in the microwave, couldn't be easier!!

This recipe was extremely simple and delicous. I followed others advise and made it in the microwave, it made it almost too easy. I used it on top of the too much chocolate cake recipe from this site and it went with it perfectly. Will definately be making it again.

Super easy! Super tasty. If you want it to cover the whole cake you'll need to double it, but otherwise it looks pretty on a bundt cake drizzled! Like other reviews I threw it all in a pyrex safe bowl and microwaved for 45 seconds and then 15 and then 15 more and stirred in between. Super easy, super fast, super tasty!! I drizzled mine over the "Too much chocolate cake" from this site--it was to die for! :)

I love this recipe! I made an espresso chocolate glaze for the top of my "Too Much Chocolate Cake" using this as a base. I used 1 cup of Guittard semi-sweet chocolate chips since they already have the vanilla. Instead I added 1 shot of espresso and kept the corn syrup and butter the same. It turned out a perfect glaze.

5 Stars for the aroma of this glaze alone. I served over 'Double Chocolate Brownie Cake' from this site. I too microwaved, no need for the stove top.
