Peachy Keen Smoothie

I invented this recipe when I started running out of smoothie components. I think it tastes like a cross between peaches and cream, and egg nog (there are no eggs in it though). The oats and/or wheat germ can be omitted for a smoother smoothie.

Huckleberry Peach Cobbler

This cobbler combines huckleberries and peaches. Blueberries can be substituted if huckleberries aren't available. It's great served warm with vanilla ice cream.

This is a great way to use up fresh peaches that are ripening too fast. The berries add a hint of tart to the sweet peaches. Easy to make and looks great.
